22 Nov - chicken in garlic, tomato sauce over pasta. I sauteed onions and garlic in olive oil in a cast iron Dutch oven, added canned tomatoes, fresh basil (gift from a friend), added a whole chicken, and baked for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
