13 Oct – roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, squash, salad.
I sprinkled the chicken with lots of paprika and a little white pepper, stuffed it with a whole head of garlic and roasted it in a cast iron dutch oven at 425˚ for 1.5 hours. about 30 minutes in I drizzled it with olive oil. the last 15 minutes, I covered it.
