28 May – what turned out to be Friday Night Fish Fry. We had lots of yard work to do–yes, on a Friday night–prepping the yard to sod Sat morning, so we thought, get frozen pizza. well, my husband couldn't face frozen pizza, so he bought and made this instead – and really very easily and quickly.
