this blog is a diary of sorts to document 2010, by capturing photos of dinner each night. i may add recipes and notes about things I do. we are a family of 5 with one kid at college most of the year. enjoy.

28 Feb – breakfast – pancakes with strawberries
Pancakes for dinner is not an option in my book.
just had to include, it was so pretty
and the chickens each laid an egg in time for breakfast
but then realized we had no milk, so made pancakes from mix
